What is the "Na Stol" trend?
It's a solo bedroom dance built around one confident attitude. A girl films herself on a phone propped up in her room, mouths the words of the track straight into the lens and dances to the beat with small, loose moves. At one point she flicks a stack of banknotes toward the camera, the classic "make it rain" gesture, and twice she spins around to dance with her back to the lens, so the shot is about the whole figure, not only the face.
That mix of lip-sync, cash throw and back turns is what people copy: anyone with a room and a phone can film it, and the attitude does the rest. In Russian it's searched as «на стол тренд», «LonelyStash Готлиб на стол» or simply by the track name.
Where does the original video come from?
The sound is "Na Stol" («На стол», "On the Table"), a Russian track credited to LonelyStash and Gotlib (Готлиб). The solo dance to it goes around Russian-speaking TikTok, where girls film their own take of the same routine at home.
We couldn't confirm which video started the wave, so there's no source link here, and the dancer in this clip isn't publicly known by name, so we don't name her. What the video itself shows: one vertical phone shot in a small room, a fixed camera and dim indoor light.
Who and what is in it?
One person, so the trend has one role.
- The girl in the white sweatshirt. Long straight dark hair, a loose cropped white sweatshirt and black fitted shorts. She sings along to the camera and dances facing it for most of the clip.
- The cash throw. Between the turns she throws a wad of banknotes toward the lens.
- The two back turns. At about 3-5 seconds and again near 11-12 seconds she turns away from the camera and dances with her back to it; these are the moments the trend is known for.
- The room. A wooden wardrobe door on the left, a grey textured wall, a dark chair in the corner, dim light.
- The sound. The "Na Stol" track. vswp keeps the original sound, so your version plays the same song.
The clip is 13 seconds long, a single shot from start to finish.
How to make the "Na Stol" video with AI
- Pick one photo of yourself, or of a friend who has agreed to it.
- Open the Na Stol trend page. The dancer in the clip is already found.
- Sign in with Telegram. There's no password to create.
- Add the photo to the girl in the white sweatshirt (JPEG, PNG or WebP).
- Choose the look. With "Keep the original look" on, the white sweatshirt and black shorts stay and only your face and hair change; off, the outfit comes from your photo. Fitted bottoms carry the back turns better than baggy ones.
- Make the free preview. It's about 5 seconds of the clip at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark. The full video is paid in Telegram Stars; you see the price before you start.
- Download or share the MP4 (480p or 720p, original sound), typically ready in minutes.
Can't dance and still want the moves? That's the whole point: see a dance video when you can't dance.
Which photo for each role?
- A clear, front-facing face. She looks straight into the lens and sings for most of the clip, so a sharp, well-lit photo with your whole face visible works best. A relaxed face or a small smile suits the mood.
- Hair that's easy to see. Her long hair swings on every turn and covers her back when she faces away. A photo with no cap or hood shows your hair as it is.
- Full body for your own outfit. If you switch "Keep the original look" off, a full-body photo of one person carries clothes and silhouette best, and the back turns show the whole figure.
- One person per photo. No group shots: give the role a photo with only you in it.
Fast spins, swinging hair and flying banknotes are demanding for generative AI: a hand or the likeness can need another take. More tips in which photos work best for an AI video swap. Then make another version or browse the trends list.
