What is the LP Tic-Tac-Toe trend?
It is a hand dance done standing still. The two men stay side by side, close to the camera, and do the routine with their upper bodies only: hands raised and waved at the lens, fists rolled in front of the chest, arms crossed and swung to the beat. The joke is the contrast between formal clothes, a serious setting and a bouncy pop song made for teenagers.
The version on vswp is the one that spread with two men styled to look like Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin, so the format reads as "two very serious men dance to a kids' TikTok hit". Put your own faces in, and it becomes you and your friend in suits, doing the same moves in the same spot.
Where does the original video come from?
The music is "ЛП" (read "el-pe"), a song by Milana Khametova with Milana Star. Khametova is a Russian blogger who started with short TikTok videos as a child; "ЛП" came out in the summer of 2022, its music video followed that fall with popular bloggers in it, and the song spread on TikTok and YouTube, where remixes and mashups turned it into a meme. It is still one of the tracks people reach for when they want an ironic dance.
The clip itself is a night shot on a wide paved square in front of a long, warmly lit stone building with arches, a clock tower and a flag on top; a passer-by walks behind the dancers. We could not confirm who first posted this exact video, so the page links no source. The trend's name on vswp, "Tic-Tac-Toe (Krestiki Noliki)", is the name the clip is shared under.
Who and what is in it?
Two people to replace, both in dark suits and white shirts:
- The man on the left, in the red tie. Taller, with light swept-back hair and a small pin on his lapel. He smiles through the whole dance and moves a little more widely, often raising his hands higher than his partner.
- The man on the right, in the navy tie. Shorter, standing slightly in front, with thin light hair and a calm, almost stern face. He keeps a straight face while doing the same hand moves, which is half of the humor.
- The routine. Both start still and smiling at the camera, then swing into the hand moves together; the camera stays at chest height, so faces and hands are in the frame all the time.
How to make the LP Tic-Tac-Toe with AI
- Open LP — Tic-Tac-Toe and sign in with Telegram, no password needed.
- Both dancers are already found: give a photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP) to the one you want to play, and another to your friend's role.
- Choose the look. With "Keep the original look" on, the suits and ties stay and only faces and hair change; turn it off to wear the clothes from your photos.
- Press "Make the free preview": about 5 seconds at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark. Every new user gets one.
- Press "Create the full video". The price in Telegram Stars is shown before you start, and the Stars come back if a render fails or is canceled.
- Download the MP4 at 480p or 720p with the original sound, typically ready in minutes, or share it.
By starting a video you confirm you have the right to use it and the photos, so ask your friend first. For more duo ideas, see how to recreate a trend with friends or browse the trends list.
Which photo for each role?
- Faces stay large. The camera is close for all 15 seconds, so use a sharp, front-facing, well-lit photo of one person for each role. A neutral face or a light smile matches the clip best.
- Hands in front of the face. The waving and crossing hands pass in front of the faces, a hard spot for generative AI: likeness and fingers can need another take.
- Keep the suits. Most people leave "Keep the original look" on here, since the suits are the point; if you turn it off, a waist-up or full-body photo of you alone carries your own clothes best.
- Height. The left role is the taller one. It does not have to match your real height, but swapping the roles often feels more natural for a taller and a shorter friend.
