What is the No Scrubs AI trend?

It is a girl-group moment you can step into. The clip keeps the look that made the original famous: white and chrome walls that curve like the inside of a spaceship, hard light bouncing off every surface, and three performers in glossy black pants and cropped tops who move as one. Between the dance shots come close-ups where each of them looks straight into the lens.

On vswp it is a template for up to three people. Each of the three women is already found in every shot, so you only decide who plays whom. It works for a trio of friends, for sisters, or for one person who wants to try a single part and leave the other two as they are.

Where does the original video come from?

"No Scrubs" is a song by TLC, the American R&B group of Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes and Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas. It came out in early 1999 as the first single from their album "FanMail". Kandi Burruss and Tameka Cottle wrote it with Kevin "She'kspere" Briggs, who also produced it. The song spent four weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 and won two Grammy Awards, Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.

The video was directed by Hype Williams, known for his glossy, futuristic music videos of the late 1990s. It shows the three members inside a metallic space station, with several outfit changes and Chilli singing her verses on a large swinging platform. It won the MTV Video Music Award for Best Group Video in 1999.

The vswp clip is a 15-second cut of that video, kept in 2160p with its original sound, framing and shot order. Who first turned it into a trend template is unconfirmed, so this page links no single original post. The song keeps turning up on short-video apps as a sound for dance clips.

Who and what is in it?

Three people to replace, all women in the original, all in black:

The clip moves between the silver lift, single close-ups of each performer and the trio dancing side by side, filmed from low angles that make the set look huge.

How to make the No Scrubs AI trend

  1. Open No Scrubs — TLC and sign in with Telegram, no password needed.
  2. The three women are already found. Give a photo (JPEG, PNG or WebP) to one, two or all three of them; anyone without a photo stays as in the video.
  3. Choose the look. With "Keep the original look" on, the black outfits, the hat and the head wrap stay, and only faces and hair change; off, clothes and hair come from your photos.
  4. Press "Make the free preview": about 5 seconds at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark. Every new user gets one.
  5. Press "Create the full video". The price in Telegram Stars is shown before you start, and the Stars come back if a render fails or is canceled.
  6. Download the MP4 at 480p or 720p with the original sound, typically ready in minutes, or share it.

By starting a video you confirm you have the right to use it and the photos, so ask your friends before you cast them. More clips are in the trends list.
