What is the Litvin gas station dance trend?
A meme made of almost nothing: three friends on a long drive pull over before dawn, a song plays, and they dance by the cars with no choreography at all. In Russian it also goes by «Делай!» ("Delai!", "Do it!"), the shout of encouragement that comes with it, or just by the names Litvin, Ravshan, Adel.
In September 2026 the clip became an AI template. People put themselves, friends, coworkers and parents into the three places, and the Litvin AI trend moved from Russian-language social media to TikTok, Reels and Shorts elsewhere as the gas station dance.
Where does the original video come from?
The three filmed it themselves in the summer of 2024, on a drive from St. Petersburg to Moscow. Captions read "4 утра" ("4 a.m.") and "По дороге, Питер-Москва" ("On the road, Piter–Moscow"; Piter is the everyday name for St. Petersburg). It looks like a phone story: vertical, handheld, under a pale early-morning sky. It's called the gas station video, though the frames mostly show asphalt and cars.
Mikhail Litvin is one of the best-known Russian-speaking bloggers, famous for videos with expensive cars and big pranks. Ravshan is his friend, a streamer who often appears in his videos. Adel Veigel is a model and a former contestant on the Russian version of The Bachelor; she and Litvin married in 2025. The song is "On & On (Stay with Me)" by the Romanian group Akcent.
Who and what is in it?
- Ravshan, dancing by the cars. He laughs, sways from foot to foot and throws his arms up.
- Litvin, on the front camera. The camera turns and Litvin films himself selfie-style, his face close and large in the frame.
- Adel, stepping out of the car. Toward the end she gets out and dances in place with her hands clasped together.
In the shot are a gray BMW and a black SUV. The three-shot "gas station dance" AI template seen elsewhere (a dance by the car, a selfie, a step out of a car) follows these same moments. On vswp you work with the original 30-second clip, with Litvin, Ravshan and Adel already found.
How to make the gas station dance with AI
- Open the Litvin gas station trend in the browser on your phone or computer, and sign in with Telegram (no password).
- Give a photo to each person you want to replace. Anyone without a photo stays as in the original.
- Choose "Keep the original look": on, the outfits stay and only faces and hair change; off, the look comes from your photos.
- Start with the free preview: about 5 seconds at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark.
- Make the full video in Telegram Stars. The price depends on length, quality and number of people and is shown first; a failed or canceled render returns the Stars. You get an MP4 at 480p or 720p with the original sound, typically in minutes.
Starting a video confirms you have the right to use the video and photos, so ask your friends first. A longer walkthrough: how to make the gas station dance AI video; more clips: trends.
Which photo for each role?
- Litvin (the selfie). The closest face to the camera, so likeness shows most. Use a sharp, front-facing photo in good light with nothing covering the face.
- Ravshan (the dance). Fast swaying and raised arms, so hands and a face in motion can need another take. To dance in your own clothes, turn "Keep the original look" off and use a full-body photo.
- Adel (out of the car). Her whole figure is in view, so a full-body photo of one person carries clothes, hair and silhouette best. A friend of similar height and build looks most natural.
One person per photo, JPEG, PNG or WebP. More tips: which photos work best for an AI video swap.
