What is the Crazy Pasha WAAA meme?
A man with messy hair and a full beard stands at a wooden door and attacks the air with fast, flailing strikes, shouting "WAAA". The Russian caption at the bottom, "УСПОКОЙТЕ МЕНЯ УЖЕ", means "calm me down already". That's the joke: a man clearly past calming asks to be calmed down.
People send it as a reaction to a Monday, a deadline or a group chat that won't stop, and with a friend's face it becomes personal. In Russian it's searched as «Безумный Паша вааа» or «успокойте меня уже».
Where does the original video come from?
The original video was posted on TikTok on April 13, 2026, by the account @pasairiska, then called «Безумный Паша», "Crazy Pasha". Hence the meme's name; the man's real name isn't given there. The audio is listed as the creator's original sound, and by October 2026 the post had passed 10 million views.
Since February 2026 the account had posted short clips of the same man's shouting strikes. Later he leaned into a Conor McGregor impression, tagging videos #conormcgregor, and in late September 2026 the account was renamed «Безумный Макгрегор», "Crazy McGregor".
By late April 2026 the WAAA meme had become an AI trend of its own: people turned the man into a cat doing the same strikes and scream. That version spread far beyond Russian-speaking TikTok as the "kung fu cat" or "Conor McGregor cat", although the man is not McGregor.
Who and what is in it?
One person, so the trend has a single role.
- The place. A cramped back room: a wooden plank door with a metal latch, a brick wall with foam around the frame, paint cans on the floor.
- The look. Messy hair, a full beard, a black hoodie, dark pants.
- The moves. He stands half-turned, fist raised, then twists into wide strikes, one arm out, the other at his chest, face in a grimace.
- The caption. "УСПОКОЙТЕ МЕНЯ УЖЕ" sits low in the frame.
- The sound. His own shout. vswp keeps the original sound, so your version has the same "WAAA".
How to make the Crazy Pasha WAAA video with AI
- Pick a photo of you, or of a friend who said yes.
- Open the Crazy Pasha WAAA trend page. The man is already found in the clip.
- Sign in with Telegram. There's no password to create.
- Add the photo to the man: JPEG, PNG or WebP.
- Choose the look. With "Keep the original look" on, the black hoodie stays and only the face and hair change; off, the outfit comes from your photo.
- Make the free preview. It's about 4 seconds, half of this 8-second clip, at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark. The full video is paid in Telegram Stars; you see the price before you start.
- Download or share the MP4 (480p or 720p, original sound), typically ready in minutes.

Which photo works for the man's role?
- A sharp, fully visible face. His face is turned to the camera, so use a clear, well-lit one with no sunglasses, hands or hair over it.
- No need to scream. A clear, front-facing photo matters more than the expression.
- Full body for your own outfit. With "Keep the original look" off, a full-body photo of one person carries clothes, hair and silhouette best.
Flailing arms and hands near the body are hard for generative AI, so the likeness or a hand can need another take. More in which photos work best for an AI video swap. Then make another version with a different friend, or browse the trends list.
