This is the tricky part of Secret Santa. Ask before you use someone's photo, even for a surprise. A few ways that keep the secret:
- Ask the organizer. They can check with the recipient whether they are fine with being in a fun video, without saying who asked.
- Ask a close friend or partner of the recipient to confirm they would enjoy it and to share a photo the person is happy with.

- Start a few days before the exchange, so there is time for another take.
- Sign in at vswp.app with Telegram. There is no password, and your recipient doesn't need an account.
- Pick the video from Trends, or upload your own: 1 to 120 seconds, up to 150 MB, any common format, and only a video you have the right to use.
