What is the Explosion Walk trend?

Where does the original video come from?
The sound is "Mein Herz brennt" ("My heart burns") by the German band Rammstein. It opens their 2001 album "Mutter" and was released as a single in 2012. The song's slow, dramatic opening is why it is used so often under cinematic edits on TikTok and Reels.
