What is the Overdoz trend?
It is a "me, myself and I" clip. At the start three versions of one girl stand in a bedroom with white curtains and a few warm string lights: one on the left, one on the right, and one in the middle who leans right into the lens. All three wear the same grey zip hoodie with the hood up, a white T-shirt and a black choker, and they have the same teal-tinted hair.
The middle one does the performing. She pulls exaggerated faces, raises her brows and mouths the words while the two on the sides sway and gesture behind her like backing singers. Then the trio drops away and the clip cuts between two looks of the central girl, as in the original: the hoodie and a second outfit. That is where the slug "from trio to solo" comes from. People post their own versions as a dramatic lip-sync, a joke about arguing with yourself, or a flex of two outfits in one video.
Where does the original video come from?
The sound is "овердоз" (Overdoz) by Тёмный принц, also written Darkprinceee, a young Russian artist who grew on SoundCloud and is filed under digicore; Russian press called him one of the main young names of the moment in 2026. We have not confirmed who posted this exact clone video first, so this page does not link a source, and the girl in it is not a known public figure. What is clear from the frame is the setup: an ordinary bedroom, phone-camera framing and a cloned trio made with editing or AI.
Who and what is in it?
The trend has four photo slots on vswp, for one girl in three places and two looks:
- Left. The copy on the left, half in the background, gesturing at the camera.
- Center. The main copy in front, close to the lens, doing the faces and the lip-sync.
- Right. The copy on the right, swaying and holding up her hands.
- Center 2 scene. The central character again, in the second outfit: the scenes with this look alternate with the hoodie scenes, as in the original.
You can put the same photo into left, center and right to be all three clones, or give each one a different friend.
How to make the Overdoz trend with AI
- Open the Overdoz — Temny Prints trend and sign in with Telegram. There is no password.
- The people are already found. Add a photo to left, center and right (JPEG, PNG or WebP), up to 6 photos per video.
- For center 2 scene, add a photo of the central person in the outfit you want for the second look.
- Decide on "Keep the original look". On, the hoodie and choker stay and only faces and hair change; off, the clothes come from each photo.
- Press "Make the free preview" to see about 5 seconds at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark; every new user gets one. Then press "Create the full video": the price in Telegram Stars is shown before you start, and the Stars come back if a render fails or is canceled.
- Download the MP4 at 480p or 720p with the original sound, typically ready in minutes.
Anyone without a photo stays as in the original. By starting a video you confirm you have the right to use it and the photos, so ask friends first. More videos are in the trends list.
Which photo for each role?
- Center: a sharp, close face. The central girl fills half the frame and pulls big expressions, so a clear, front-facing, well-lit photo keeps the likeness best.
- Left and right: the same photo works. For the clone effect, reuse your center photo; the side copies are smaller, so any clear photo of the face holds up.
- Center 2 scene: show the outfit. With "Keep the original look" off, a full-body photo of one person in the second outfit carries clothes, hair and silhouette best. Pick something that contrasts with the hoodie so the switch reads.
- One person per photo. A group photo can mix up who goes where.
