Kevin Wai, often spelled "Kevin Way" on TikTok, is a young freestyler and content creator who improvises with public figures. Outside a restaurant in Spain, just before one of Bulin's shows, Kevin walked up to him with a portable speaker playing a dembow beat and started freestyling. Bulin rhymed back and danced along, and the moment everyone repeats is when he names himself and says everybody already knows him. By early October 2026 the original had passed 65 million views on Instagram, Dominican media reported, and spread to TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. In edits and AI versions of the Bulin 47 meme, other faces take his place, from soccer stars and politicians to cartoon characters, while Kevin Wai stays the same. Fans have asked the two for an official song; nothing has been announced. ## Who should take Bulin's place? - **The friend who always grabs the mic.** Now a freestyler runs up to them and the whole street films. - **The birthday person.** A night of star treatment, security included. - **The friend who acts famous.** Bulin's best-known line is about everyone knowing him already. - **Yourself.** Your first viral freestyle, no rhyming needed. Whoever it is, ask first. ## How do you make your own version? 1. **Ask first.** Use your photo or a friend's, with their OK: by starting a video, you confirm you have the right to use it. 2. **Open the trend.** Go to the [Bulin 47 x Kevin Wai trend page](/trend/bulin-47-x-kevin-wai-dembow-dance-meme/). 3. **Sign in with Telegram.** No password needed. 4. **Add the photo to Bulin's card.** Only he is replaced: Kevin Wai, the bald guard behind him and the crowd stay exactly as filmed. 5. **Try the free preview.** Press "Make the free preview" to see about 5 seconds, at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark. 6. **Make the full video.** Pick 480p or 720p, check the price in Telegram Stars, shown before you start, and press "Create the full video". Here the photo replaces the whole person, not just the face: the face, hair, build and clothes come from it, while Bulin's moves, gestures, mouth movement and timing stay. - **Full body, one person, standing.** A sharp full-length photo carries the face, build and outfit together. - **The face fully visible, in good light.** Front-facing, with nothing over it. - **Their clothes, not his.** Don't count on Bulin's pink shirt or sunglasses: the person wears what's in the photo. - **Glasses stay.** Glasses in the photo are kept in every shot. More tips are in [which photos work best for an AI video swap](/guides/best-photos-for-ai-video-swap/). ## What can go wrong, and how do you fix it? - **Red light at night.** It hides detail and tints the skin. A brighter photo and another take help. - **People in front of him.** Heads and arms of people filming cross the shot, and the new person stays behind them, as Bulin did. - **Fast hands.** Bulin talks with his hands, and quick gestures are hard for any AI video. Another take often fixes blurry fingers. ## How much does it cost? Every new user gets one free preview: about 5 seconds of the clip at 480p with a small "vswp.app" mark. The full video is paid in Telegram Stars. The price depends on length and quality and is shown before you start.
